These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through tidivon.com (“Tidivon”).

Tidivon is owned and operated by Chengdu Yunzhan Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd.

By placing an order through tidivon.com, you enter into a purchase transaction with Chengdu Yunzhan Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd., subject to these Terms and the policies published on our website.

Throughout these Terms, “Tidivon,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Chengdu Yunzhan Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd. in connection with products, orders, payments, shipping, returns, refunds, and other transactions conducted through tidivon.com.

Eligibility to Purchase

You may place an order through Tidivon only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding purchase agreement under the laws applicable to you, or if the purchase is made with appropriate authorization or supervision where required.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Product Information

Tidivon offers organization and storage products for desks, workspaces, home offices, study areas, and other everyday spaces.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, configurations, images, availability, and other product information accurately.

However, actual product appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing variations, material characteristics, or other reasonable differences.

Product dimensions, materials, storage capacity, configuration, assembly requirements, installation methods, included accessories, and intended use may vary between products.

Please review the individual product page carefully before purchasing. Features shown for one product should not be assumed to apply to another product.

We may correct product information, pricing, availability, images, or other website information when reasonably necessary.

Orders and Order Acceptance

After you submit an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or dispatched.

We may reasonably refuse, limit, or cancel an order where necessary, including because of product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or product-information errors, shipping restrictions, duplicate orders, inaccurate customer information, or legal or regulatory requirements.

If we cancel an order after payment has already been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and order information.

If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact service@tidivon.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing, fulfillment, shipment preparation, or dispatch.

Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or during checkout.

Applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and the final order total will be displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

Available payment methods are displayed securely during checkout and may vary depending on your location, currency, device, and payment provider.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.

Payments may be processed by Shopify and authorized independent payment providers subject to their own terms, security procedures, and privacy practices.

Payment Authorization and Fraud Prevention

Orders may be subject to payment authorization, identity verification, security screening, and fraud-prevention review.

We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify an order or protect customers, Tidivon, or payment providers from unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

Shipping

Tidivon currently ships to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Estimated standard delivery after dispatch is approximately 5–12 business days for the United States and 7–15 business days for Canada and Australia.

Eligible orders of US$29 or more qualify for free standard shipping. For orders below US$29, applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier operations, customs processing, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, remote destinations, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on inventory availability, product location, and delivery destination.

Customs Duties and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance charges, or similar charges imposed by local authorities.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Customers must contact us before returning an item. If a return is approved, our customer support team will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.

Please do not send returns directly to our registered business address unless our customer support team specifically instructs you to do so.

For preference-based returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Tidivon does not charge a restocking fee.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to the customer when the claim is confirmed.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after an eligible returned item has been received and inspected.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, shipment preparation, or dispatch.

Tidivon does not charge a cancellation fee.

If an order is successfully canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, special offers, and other incentives may be subject to eligibility requirements, product restrictions, time limits, usage limits, or other conditions stated with the applicable promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes may not be combined, exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied retroactively to completed orders.

We may correct, suspend, or discontinue a promotion when reasonably necessary, including where an offer contains an error, is being misused, or is no longer available, subject to applicable law.

Product Use

Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, dimensions, assembly information, installation instructions, care information, and intended use before using a product.

Products should be used only for their reasonably intended purposes and in accordance with any instructions supplied with the product.

Tidivon is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper assembly or installation, failure to follow provided instructions, or use outside the product's reasonably intended purpose, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use Tidivon, our checkout systems, promotions, products, or services to:

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, or unauthorized activity
• Submit false or deliberately inaccurate order or payment information
• Use a payment method without authorization
• Abuse discounts, refunds, promotions, returns, or chargeback procedures
• Interfere with the security, operation, or integrity of our store
• Introduce malware, harmful code, or automated attacks
• Infringe the intellectual-property or legal rights of Tidivon or others

We may refuse or cancel transactions reasonably associated with prohibited, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.

Intellectual Property

Website content, including branding, text, product photographs, graphics, logos, designs, layouts, icons, and other materials, may be owned by or licensed to Tidivon and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, sold, or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

Third-Party Services

Tidivon may rely on independent service providers for ecommerce technology, payments, shipping, fulfillment, advertising, security, and other functions.

Independent third parties may operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and service conditions.

Accuracy and Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep product, pricing, availability, and store information accurate and current.

We may correct errors, update information, modify products, or temporarily restrict parts of the website when reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available without temporary technical issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chengdu Yunzhan Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from a purchase, transaction, product, or use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits liability, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or reduce mandatory consumer rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

Where these Terms conflict with a mandatory consumer-protection requirement, the applicable mandatory requirement will prevail to the extent of that conflict.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to products, services, policies, business practices, or applicable requirements.

Updated Terms will be published on this page together with an updated revision date.

The version of these Terms in effect when an order is placed will generally govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
