Payment Authorization

All orders are subject to payment authorization, verification, and fraud-prevention review.

• Place a temporary authorization hold
• Require additional processing time

These decisions, verification procedures, authorization holds, and release times are controlled by the relevant bank or payment provider and are not controlled by Tidivon.

Secure Checkout

Checkout on tidivon.com is processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers using security measures designed to help protect payment and transaction information.

Complete payment-card information submitted through an authorized payment provider is processed by the relevant payment service and is not intended to be directly stored by Tidivon.

For additional protection, we recommend using a trusted device, an updated browser, and a secure internet connection when placing an order.

Prices, Shipping Charges, and Taxes

Product prices, applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and the final order total will be displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

Please review your order details, delivery address, selected products, quantities, and final amount carefully before completing your purchase.

Eligible orders of US$29 or more qualify for free standard shipping, subject to any applicable geographic restrictions or exclusions shown during checkout.

Currency and Bank Charges

Prices may be displayed in the currency available for your selected market or checkout experience.

Foreign-exchange charges, currency-conversion fees, foreign-transaction fees, bank fees, card-issuer fees, or similar charges may be imposed by your bank or payment provider.

These third-party charges are determined by the relevant financial institution and are not controlled by Tidivon.

Payment Issues

If your payment is declined or cannot be completed, please check that:

• Your payment information has been entered correctly
• Your billing information matches the information held by your bank
• Sufficient funds or credit are available
• Any required security or identity verification has been completed
• Your payment method is permitted for the transaction

Temporary Authorization Holds

In some cases, your bank or payment provider may place a temporary authorization or pending charge on your account while a transaction is being verified or processed.

If an order is not completed, the release time for a pending authorization is determined by your bank or payment provider. Tidivon does not control how quickly a financial institution releases a temporary hold.

Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes must be entered before checkout is completed and are subject to the conditions, eligibility requirements, product restrictions, and expiration dates stated with the applicable promotion.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion, discount codes may not be combined with other offers, exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied retroactively to completed orders.

Order Verification

We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify an order, prevent fraud, correct payment or billing issues, or protect customers and our store.

An order may be delayed, declined, or canceled if payment cannot be verified, payment authorization fails, the information provided appears inaccurate, or there is a reasonable indication of unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

If an order is canceled after a payment has been successfully charged, any applicable refund will be issued in accordance with our refund procedures.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

After a refund has been issued, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to display the funds in your account.

Protecting Your Payment Information

Please do not send complete payment-card numbers, security codes, account passwords, or other sensitive authentication information by email.

If you contact us regarding a payment, please provide your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a description of the issue without including sensitive payment credentials.
